Job Responsibilities
  • Quantity work of Steel, RCC, Masonry, Plaster, Shuttering for client billing and indent purpose.
  • Quantity workout for tender work.
  • Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings.
  • Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender.
  • To take the measurement from the site engineer.
  • To get work done as per the protocol of the company.
  • Review the quantities item listed.
  • Checking measurements onsite and from drawings.


Skills, Experience & Competencies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
  • Proficiency in using AutoCAD and Excel for project planning and management.
  • Knowledge of construction materials and methods.
  • Familiarity with billing procedures and quantity estimation techniques.
  • Capability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.


Qualification

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering / B. Tech / Diploma in civil engineering.

Experience

2-4 years practical experience in Billing & Quantity Estimation of Building Construction Project under contractor firm.

Must Haves

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel & drawing reading.
