Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Lead, based in Tamil Nadu, India. The Territory Sales Lead will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned region by acquiring new customers, nurturing existing relationships, and ensuring smooth onboarding for clients. Daily tasks include implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, conducting field visits, analyzing market trends, and ensuring targets are met. The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions to contribute to the success of BlackBuck's platform.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in sales and client acquisition, with strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Strategic planning and market analysis skills to identify opportunities and align initiatives
- Experience in lead generation, managing sales teams, and setting and achieving sales targets
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills
- Familiarity with the logistics or trucking industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in Tamil and/or other regional languages will be an advantage
