Job Title: Inside Sales Executive / Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Generate leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure conversions.
  • Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and client interactions.
  • Support the business development and sales team in daily operations.


Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Good negotiation and client-handling ability
  • Proficiency in MS Office and documentation
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
