Location: Indore, mohali
Work Type: Work from Office
Salary: 20, ,000 CTC per month (Depends on your experience, qualification & English communication skills)
Working Days: 5 Days Working
shifts: day shift / night shift
Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Role & responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues or directing to appropriate departments.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in customer interactions.
- Collaborate to enhance customer service procedures.
Preferred candidate profile
. Experience: Freshers and experience both can apply, 0-5 years of experience in
BPO/customer service industry
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Undergraduate).
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Shift Flexibility: Ability to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including day and night shift.
Prior customer service experience preferred.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in computers and customer service software
