Type: Full-Time | Night Shift
About the Role:
We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executives with 1–2 years of experience in handling customer interactions via phone, email, or chat. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are looking to grow in a fast-paced BPO environment and take their customer service skills to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally within defined timelines
- Maintain service quality and adhere to company policies and customer service standards
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Work in rotational night shifts as per business requirements
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a BPO or customer service environment
- Strong communication skills in English – both verbal and written (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and customer service software
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Willingness to work night shifts and rotational schedules
