Job Overview
The Customer Service Executive will serve as the frontline communicator for EMTA, stationed in Indore. This full-time position involves interacting with clients to address concerns, offer solutions, and build lasting relationships. - Proficient in CRM software for managing all forms of client interactions efficiently.
