Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Executive - Store Business at Croma, located in Indore. The primary responsibility of the role is to ensure a high standard of customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, addressing issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer interactions, offering solutions to enhance satisfaction, and supporting the store team with operational activities to boost customer engagement and store performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills for effective communication and building customer relationships
  • Expertise in Customer Support and Customer Service to address customer needs and resolve complaints professionally
  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management to improve user experience and implement initiatives for customer retention
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in understanding and using omni-channel retail systems is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or relevant field is preferred
