We are seeking a Customer Service Executive – Voice Process to join our CRM team in Indore. This is an onsite role at our office near Indore Airport. The role demands fluency in English, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver world-class customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with queries, feedback, and complaints.
  • Provide prompt, professional, and empathetic customer support to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Work on CRM tools to track and resolve customer interactions efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and call logs.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills (mandatory).
  • Prior experience in voice process/customer service preferred; freshers with strong communication can also apply.
  • Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work from office, Indore (near Airport).
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
