Customer Success Representative (ORM) – EdTech | Indore (On-site)

With a 4.7 Google Play rating and 1,500+ students learning with us daily, we're building India's most affordable and personalized learning platform powered by Generative AI.

We're now looking for a Customer Success Representative (ORM) who will be the voice of Arivihan across digital channels, ensuring every student feels heard, supported, and motivated to succeed in their board exams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with students and parents with empathy and professionalism across platforms.
  • Respond to queries, manage ORM channels, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Build positive relationships by providing academic guidance and motivation.
  • Track student journey and ensure high satisfaction and continued engagement.
  • Collaborate with product, academic, and support teams to improve learner experience.
  • Share feedback and insights to help make our platform even better.
  • Act as a mentor and success partner for Class 12th students.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 1–3 years in Customer Success / ORM / Digital Support / EdTech.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills (English mandatory; Hindi is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a student-first attitude.
  • Familiarity with ORM tools, CRM systems, or social media engagement.
  • Ability to handle queries with patience, empathy, and clarity.
  • Passion for education, mentorship, and making a real impact.
