Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in Bhubaneswar. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, develop strategic plans, and ensure the achievement of organizational goals. Responsibilities include budgeting, resource allocation, performance monitoring, and maintaining high standards of service and efficiency. The General Manager will also foster relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to promote business growth and development.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and Management skills, including team leadership and strategic planning
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and resource allocation
  • Operational expertise and experience in overseeing day-to-day operations
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Bhubaneswar
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Experience in industrial park, warehouse, or infrastructure development is a plus
