Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist located in Bhubaneswar. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential leads, maintaining client databases, and generating new business opportunities. Key tasks include researching potential clients, initiating contact through emails and calls, qualifying leads, and collaborating with the sales team to convert leads into customers. The specialist will also track lead progress, analyze lead data, and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications
- Experience in lead generation, client research, and maintaining client databases
- Proficient in using CRM software and lead generation tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a sales team
- Experience in the telecom or utility sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
