
Client Services Manager

re you someone who loves managing client relationships and enjoys the buzz of events and on-ground activations? If you understand brands, youth culture, and have a flair for communication and coordination – this role has your name on it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring all commitments are met.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (activation, production, creative, influencer) to ensure smooth execution of all campaigns and events.
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure regular updates, reporting and feedback sharing.
- Prepare detailed briefs, proposals, mailers, costings, and campaign presentations.
- Keep track of all timelines, deliverables and resource requirements to maintain project clarity.
- Support the events & activations team with on-ground supervision and client servicing during live events when needed.
- Anticipate potential challenges, proactively suggest solutions and maintain client satisfaction.
- Keep a pulse on the latest trends in campus/youth marketing, experiential ideas and brand activation strategies.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and client handling skills
- Strong follow-up abilities, time management and eye for detail
- Ability to coordinate between multiple teams and manage several campaigns simultaneously
- Passion for events, brand experiences and youth-focused campaigns
- Prior experience in client servicing or account management in events/activations agency preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35, ₹75,000.00 per month
