. By simulating consumer behavior across Gens and D2C audiences, Zcoded helps marketing teams predict campaign performance, cut ad and research costs, and understand what truly drives engagement.

Role Overview

We're looking for a dynamic, self-driven salesperson to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to work directly with the founders, learn how AI is transforming marketing research, and play a key role in expanding our footprint with agencies, D2C brands, and marketers across India and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective clients (D2C founders, CMOs, brand heads, agencies).
  • Pitch Zcoded's capabilities through demos, calls, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Manage leads in CRM and maintain consistent follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Support client onboarding and pilot project coordination.
  • Represent Zcoded at events, webinars, and industry meetups when required.

You'll Thrive Here If You:

  • Have 
    1–3 years
     of experience in B2B SaaS, MarTech, or insights sales.
  • Are confident with 
    LinkedIn, cold outreach, and storytelling
    .
  • Can understand client needs and link them to measurable outcomes.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-moving, startup environment.
  • Are curious about AI, marketing, and the psychology behind consumer decisions.

Preferred Background:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or Communication.
  • Prior experience with market research or digital marketing platforms is a plus.

Location:
 Remote or hybrid (preferred: Delhi-NCR).

Compensation:
 Competitive base + performance-based incentives.
