The company started providing support services to its first client, a Commercial Real Estate Organization based in Houston, Texas since 2011. Stemmons provides a variety of services including Accounting, Treasury, Financial and Budgetary Control, Tax Planning, Marketing, Software Development, and Integration, among others.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Help Desk Specialist located in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. The Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and help desk support, troubleshooting desktop computers and providing customer support.
- Help Desk phone support computer or telecom related issues.
- Update and create documentation.
- Recommend, direct, and implement network infrastructure improvements.
- Oversee large projects that require managing the resources of the I.T. department.
- Install appropriate software packages, operating systems, networking components, and office applications.
- Assist in the customization and adaptation of existing programs to meet users' requirements.
- Provide updates, status and completion information to manager and/or users.
- Administer all computer and phone systems.
Qualifications
- Strong technical support and help desk support skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot desktop computers.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Experience in customer service is a plus.
