Customer Support SpecialistWe are looking for a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and provide them with exceptional support across various channels.About the RoleRespond to client queries about product usage, features, and best practices.Troubleshoot issues clients face with technical products and platform functionality.Configure and fine-tune AI agents when they're not responding correctly or when clients escalate.Guide clients through setup, onboarding, and ongoing platform optimization.Document common issues and contribute to help articles and internal knowledge bases.Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to flag bugs and suggest improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.Resolve client complaints in a timely and professional manner.Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.Develop and maintain knowledge of company products and services.Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.Requirements1-3 years of experience in customer service or client support, preferably in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to understand technical products and explain them simply to clients.Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.Comfortable working across multiple tools and communication channels.Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or helpdesk platforms is a plus.
