Trading Support Officer(Voice)

Location: Padivattom, Edappally, Ernakulam

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 2 years of stock market trading experience

Communication: Excellent English communication is required

Job Summary

We are hiring a Trading Support Executive to assist customers with trading-related queries and platform support. The ideal candidate must have hands-on self-trading experience and a solid understanding of equity, commodity, and derivative markets. You will guide clients with trade-related doubts, platform usage, account-related issues, and basic operational support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries related to trading platforms, order placement, margin requirements, and basic market operations
  • Provide prompt, accurate support via calls and chats
  • Address doubts regarding executed trades, order status, and platform navigation
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and resolutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams when required for escalations
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely responses

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Prior experience in self-trading (mandatory)
  • Exposure to live markets, intraday/positional trading
  • In-depth knowledge of the stock market & trading platforms
  • Strong understanding of:

Equity trading

Commodity trading

Derivatives (F&O)

  • NCFM/NISM certifications (Preferred but not mandatory)
  • Proficiency in handling demat accounts, trading platforms, and back-office systems
  • Familiarity with third-party financial products such as mutual funds, SIPs, insurance, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
