Job Description: Trade Marketing Executive - Kerala

Location: Full-time, On-site Role in Kerala

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Trade Marketing Strategy:

  2. Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to drive sales and increase market share in Kerala & Tamil Nadu

  3. Plan and execute trade promotional activities, trade shows, and in-store marketing campaigns.

  4. Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and designers to implement marketing campaigns within established timelines.

  5. Retailer and Distributor Management:

  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors.

  7. Negotiate trade terms, promotional schemes, and secure optimal shelf space for product visibility
  8. Module/fixtures installation to capture the retail space

  9. Retail branding to increase the brand visitbility

  10. Market Analysis and Insights:

  11. Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and monitor competitive activities.

  12. Provide regular reports on market conditions, Trade-sales performance, and the effectiveness of trade marketing activities.

  13. Sales Support:

  14. Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

  15. Provide support to sales staff to ensure successful execution of trade marketing initiatives.

  16. Brand Management:

  17. Monitor, audit, and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

  18. Budget Management:

  19. Ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

  20. Track and report on the return on investment (ROI) of trade marketing activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in the FMCG or fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of the retail environment in Kerala & Tamil Nadu
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned region as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
