Role Description
This full-time, on-site Customer Service Specialist role is based in Hyderabad. The specialist will handle customer inquiries, resolve service issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide an exceptional customer experience. Daily responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, maintaining effective communication, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery to exceed customer needs and expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service to address and resolve client issues efficiently
- Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and deliver a seamless Customer Experience
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette to maintain professional and courteous communication
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools are an added advantage
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
