About the role: (Customer Success Specialist) Dosti Global Inc. is looking for a Customer Support Specialist for our client. The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for customer support and data validation within the Animo platform. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who enjoys helping others and enjoys learning
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform extensive data validation/quality assurance analysis within Animo
- Build proactive data validation automation to catch data integrity issues
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve data issues
- Work closely with the operations team to guarantee proper implementation of tracking and reporting data.
- Inject and upload new data files into Animo.
- Provide teams and individual stakeholders with actionable insights based on data to support decision making efforts.
- Diagnose data-related bugs and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
- Support the business operation of 24-hour help desk
- Convey your work and results to a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Patience with customers
- Desire to learn and adapt to changes
- Comfort in a complex data environment
- Work independently and with team members to understand
- Possess knowledge of the English language, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and usage.
- Possess outstanding communications skills, verbal and written.
- Possess strong organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Time management and punctuality.
Eligibility :
- Bachelors or Master's Degree
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a customer support Specialist or Similar CS role
