About the role: (Customer Success Specialist) Dosti Global Inc. is looking for a Customer Support Specialist for our client. The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for customer support and data validation within the Animo platform. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who enjoys helping others and enjoys learning
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Perform extensive data validation/quality assurance analysis within Animo
  • Build proactive data validation automation to catch data integrity issues
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve data issues
  • Work closely with the operations team to guarantee proper implementation of tracking and reporting data.
  • Inject and upload new data files into Animo.
  • Provide teams and individual stakeholders with actionable insights based on data to support decision making efforts.
  • Diagnose data-related bugs and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
  • Support the business operation of 24-hour help desk
  • Convey your work and results to a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Patience with customers
  • Desire to learn and adapt to changes
  • Comfort in a complex data environment
  • Work independently and with team members to understand
  • Possess knowledge of the English language, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and usage.
  • Possess outstanding communications skills, verbal and written.
  • Possess strong organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Time management and punctuality.

Eligibility :
  • Bachelors or Master's Degree
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a customer support Specialist or Similar CS role
