Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Customer Success Specialist Events . The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, handling customer service inquiries, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role involves analyzing customer feedback and data to improve service quality and ensure a seamless customer experience in events .
