Role Description :
As a Sales Executive, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth by connecting with potential clients and guiding them toward the right wellness solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a purpose-driven environment and has a passion for improving lives through health and wellness.
Key Responsiblities :
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to convert qualified leads into paying clients.
- Discover and develop new lead generation opportunities—both digital and offline.
- Plan and execute offline outreach initiatives, including community events and local partnerships.
- Guide leads through a consultative sales process with empathy and clarity.
- Understand individual client needs and recommend suitable wellness packages.
- Collaborate with marketing and service teams for seamless onboarding and client experience.
- Maintain CRM records and consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
What We're Looking For :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2C sales with a strong conversion track record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in building and managing structured sales pipelines.
- Proficiency in cold calling, upselling, and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Required:
Prior experience or strong knowledge of the fitness and wellness industry.
