E-commerce Catalog Manager

to be the backbone of our online operations, ensuring our products are showcased perfectly across all major platforms.

The Role: What You'll Do

As our E-commerce Catalog Manager, you will be responsible for the integrity, quality, and accuracy of all product listings across every online platform we sell on. Your primary goal is to ensure a smooth, high-quality, and up-to-date catalog experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Catalog Creation & Upload:

Create, upload, and manage new product listings, including detailed descriptions, accurate sizing, high-quality images, and appropriate metadata on platforms such as
Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, Amazon, Meesho, Shopify

, and more.
- Data Integrity & Maintenance:

Perform regular audits and updates to existing product catalogs to ensure price, inventory, specifications, and promotional information are current and consistent across all marketplaces.
- Quality Control:

Scrutinize all listings for errors, typos, and non-compliance with platform-specific guidelines to maintain a high-quality score and optimal visibility.
- Data Management & Reporting:

Master and maintain large product data sets using advanced features in Excel and Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data cleaning functions.
- Coordination:

Collaborate closely with the Merchandising, Photography, and E-commerce Operations teams to secure necessary product information, images, and launch timelines.
- Process Improvement:

Identify and implement efficiencies in the catalog management workflow to streamline the process of product launches.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Catalog Management Experience:

Proven 2+ years of experience in E-commerce catalog management, preferably within the fashion, apparel, or lifestyle industry.
- Platform Proficiency:

Direct, hands-on experience uploading and managing catalogs on major Indian marketplaces (e.g.,
Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, Amazon, Meesho

) and
Shopify

.
- Advanced Data Skills:

Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

for handling large datasets, bulk uploads, data cleaning, and analysis.
- Communication:

Excellent written and verbal command of English

- Meticulous & Organized:

Strong organizational skills, with an almost obsessive attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Problem-Solver:
