CTC Range: 10-12 LPA

Experience: 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or ophthalmology.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to support our U.S.-based client. This role will be based in India through our service partner and will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for medical products, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong alignment with U.S. market expectations.

The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in product reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking, combined with experience in healthcare or medical product management. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams in both India and the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

Product Lifecycle Management

Manage product setup, updates, and phase-outs, ensuring smooth operations across the full lifecycle.

Oversee accuracy of product data and ensure it is consistently updated across systems and platforms.

Reporting & Analytics

Generate, maintain, and analyze regular reports on product performance, pricing, sales trends, and competitive benchmarks.

Provide insights and recommendations to U.S. leadership to guide business decisions.

Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor product KPIs.

Pricing & Market Analysis

Conduct competitive and market analysis, particularly in the ophthalmology sector.

Support development of pricing strategies that align with U.S. market needs and profitability goals.

Product Information & Digital Asset Management

Maintain product information, including descriptions, specifications, and usage details, across internal and customer-facing platforms.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate, high-quality digital assets (images, brochures, content) are available.

Web & Digital Presence

Manage product listings on websites and digital catalogs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong user experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Training Support

Work closely with marketing, operations, sales, and customer service teams across India and the U.S.

Support the creation of product training materials and resources to strengthen knowledge of ophthalmology products.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.

3+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or ophthalmology.

Strong experience in product reporting, data analysis, and performance monitoring.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across geographies and functions.

Highly detail-oriented, with strong organizational and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience managing ophthalmology or medical products.

Exposure to B2B product catalogs, eCommerce platforms, or healthcare product portfolios.

Familiarity with U.S. healthcare business practices.
