Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Specialist role based in Ahmedabad. The Healthcare Specialist will provide healthcare assistance, administer treatment, and deliver professional medical expertise as part of their daily responsibilities. Additional tasks may include training individuals or teams on healthcare best practices and participating in team discussions to evaluate and enhance healthcare support within the organization. The specialist will also communicate effectively with colleagues and staff to ensure the seamless provision of high-quality healthcare services.

Qualifications

  • A solid foundation in EMT and Medicine for providing effective healthcare solutions.
  • Strong Communication skills to interact clearly and compassionately with individuals and teams.
  • Experience in Training and Healthcare processes to educate and improve overall healthcare practices.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and upholding professional ethics.
  • Experience in healthcare strategy implementation and monitoring would be an advantage.
  • Certification in EMT and a related healthcare field is preferred.
