Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Representative located in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company's services. The role also involves collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals, conducting market research to identify opportunities, and presenting strategies to target new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with experience in identifying, connecting with, and qualifying potential clients
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Proven ability in Sales and Business Development with experience in closing deals and achieving targets
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and tasks
  • Experience in the healthcare or RCM industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
