Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager QA located in Ahmedabad. The General Manager QA will oversee the quality assurance department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. The role involves developing and implementing QA policies, conducting audits, managing team performance, and collaborating with other departments to improve product quality and safety.

Qualifications

  • Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Regulatory Compliance skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing QA policies and procedures
  • Ability to conduct audits and manage team performance
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of international regulatory requirements
