Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Ecommerce Executive will oversee daily ecommerce operations, including sales and account management tasks, and ensure the smooth functioning of ecommerce platforms. Responsibilities will include analyzing sales performance, developing and managing customer accounts, coordinating with internal teams, and implementing strategies to drive sales growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and driving insights
  • Experience in Account Management and Sales, with a focus on building client relationships and achieving targets
  • Proficiency in Team Management and Sales Management to lead and motivate teams effectively
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
