What would a day in the life of a WhyThinker look like? (Key Responsibilities)
- Understand and be able to execute support for both the Amazon Seller Platforms
- Monitor and continuously update campaigns, layering in new strategy as needed.
- Educate client on media buying and planning schedule
- Own relationships with your clients and decision-makers, including analyzing client needs to create detailed media plans.
- A clear understanding of Amazon Advertising and the media buying process to be able to educate your clients on strategy and programmatic advertising both on and off of Amazon.
- Knowledge sharing with the greater team to build more understanding about Amazon Advertising & Seller Central.
- Manage weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports detailing client's KPI performance metrics.
- Build, drive and optimize successful marketing campaigns within Amazon Ad Console, as well as additional Marketplaces (Walmart, Target, etc) for a full roster of eCommerce clients
- Tell the story behind your clients' KPIs, confidently interpreting trends and making recommendations based on Amazon digital marketing analytics.
- Optimize Amazon content and develop processes for effective launches supporting both traditional FBA and FBM products
- Identify new marketing opportunities and ways to repurpose existing strategy on Amazon to optimize brands' awareness and drive sales volume; even off Amazon
Must-haves for you to land this opportunity:
- 2+ years of experience delivering growth-focused results for clients at a digital media or advertising technology company.
- Experience managing Amazon Seller Central & Amazon Advertising Console
- Ability to effectively and confidently communicate with clients
- Strong analytical abilities and confidence using data
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- First-hand understanding of the Marketplace's platforms including an in-depth understanding of reporting and analytics data
- A creative, analytical person who can identify the unique challenges facing a client, articulate them in a clear manner, and prescribe the best path forward
- Understanding the dynamics of the evolving Amazon Advertising platform and how operations impact its performance
- Ability to learn new tools/courses proactively and translate them into desired results.
