We are seeking a Sales Trainer – Interview & Training Specialist who will lead sales hiring, onboarding, and performance training across multiple regions. This is a key role in building and scaling Owsho's high-performing sales force.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Interview & Recruitment


• Conduct interviews for sales executives, field agents, and tele-sales representatives.


• Assess communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills of candidates.


• Collaborate with HR for final selections and onboarding schedules.


• Maintain candidate evaluation reports and hiring data.

  1. Training & Development


• Design and conduct structured sales training programs (product, pitch, target planning, communication, objection handling).


• Train new hires on Owsho's business model, marketplace operations, and sales process.


• Conduct refresher training for existing teams to improve productivity.


• Develop sales scripts, communication modules, and performance evaluation frameworks.

  1. Performance Coaching


• Monitor sales team performance post-training and identify areas of improvement.


• Provide one-on-one coaching and motivational sessions for underperforming team members.


• Align team performance with company's onboarding and revenue milestones.

  1. Reporting & Coordination


• Work closely with Founders, HR, and Area Managers to ensure alignment between recruitment and training outcomes.


• Prepare detailed reports on interview success rates, training effectiveness, and team readiness.


• Maintain training schedules and ensure timely completion of all batches.

Required Skills


• Strong communication and presentation skills.


• Deep understanding of sales processes, vendor onboarding, and customer handling.


• Proven experience in team coaching and motivation.


• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.


• Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM tools.

Qualification


• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).


• 2–5 years of experience in sales, training, or team management (preferably in E-commerce / FMCG / Retail).
