Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Trainer/Training & Development Manager located in Ahmedabad. The professional in this position will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive sales training programs to enhance the performance and skills of the sales team. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, assessing the effectiveness of training programs, providing feedback to improve overall sales capabilities, and promoting a customer-centric approach in sales strategies. The role also involves fostering team communication and motivating employees to achieve targets through effective mentoring and guidance.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales Trainings and Training & Development strategies to effectively design and lead training programs.
  • Exceptional Communication and Presentation Skills to clearly deliver content and engage with team members effectively.
  • Proven experience in Customer Service to promote a customer-first approach in sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, motivate, and inspire a sales team.
  • Prior experience in the automotive or related industries is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
