Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized D2C Dispatch Executive to manage the dispatch operations for Soulflower's direct-to-consumer (D2C) orders. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling order fulfilment for both our own website and various marketplaces, ensuring smooth coordination with courier services, and maintaining accurate records. Proficiency in Unicommerce and Excel is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end order processing and dispatching for D2C orders placed through Soulflower's website and other marketplaces.
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment, packing, and dispatch.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to manage inventory levels and product availability.
System Management:
- Utilize Unicommerce to manage and track orders, inventory, and dispatch processes.
- Update and maintain accurate records of order statuses, returns, and exchanges.
Shipping Coordination:
- Liaise with shipping partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Coordinate with couriers for pickups, ensuring timely dispatches.
- Monitor shipping statuses and address any delays or issues promptly.
- Handle customer queries related to order dispatch and delivery.
Invoice and Shipment Reconciliation:
- Check and verify courier invoices against shipments.
- Reconcile shipments with invoices to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain detailed records of all dispatch-related financial transactions.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Use Excel to maintain records of daily dispatches, inventory, and order tracking.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on order fulfillment and dispatch efficiency.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the dispatch process.
Quality Control:
- Ensure all orders are packed according to Soulflower's quality standards.
- Implement quality checks to minimize errors in order processing and dispatch.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Customer Service team to resolve order-related issues.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure promotional orders and bulk orders are processed efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in order dispatch or warehouse operations, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce environment.
- Proficiency in Unicommerce and Excel is mandatory.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position based in Marol, Mumbai.
- Time: 10 am to 7 pm, Wednesday to Monday
