Hiring at D2C India's first clean, skin-first makeup brand built to prove that high-performance beauty can be both effective and ethical.

Job role:

End-to-end supply chain, warehousing, logistics, and operational execution, ensuring smooth product availability, cost efficiency, and scalable processes. Will be responsible for operations P&L management, MIS reporting, and aligning operations with the company's growth plans.

1. Supply Chain & Inventory:

  • End-to-end responsibility for procurement, vendor management, manufacturing coordination.

  • Optimize inventory planning & forecasting to ensure availability without overstocking.

  • Manage packaging supply chain and ensure on-time replenishment.

2. Warehousing & Logistics:

  • Oversee warehousing operations: space utilization, efficiency, safety.

  • Manage dispatch, order fulfillment, and 3PL/logistics partners.

  • Ensure OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery targets across D2C and marketplaces.

3. P&L & Cost Management:

  • Own operations P&L: control costs, improve margins, manage working capital.

  • Drive efficiencies in BOM, packaging, logistics, and vendor contracts.

  • Monitor and report unit economics (cost per order, fulfillment cost, etc.).

4. MIS, Reporting & Process Excellence:

  • Build and maintain MIS dashboards for daily, weekly, monthly reporting.

  • Set up SOPs for supply chain and operations across stakeholders.

  • Track KPIs: inventory turnover, lead times, shrinkage, return % etc.

5. Cross-Functional & Leadership:

  • Work closely with Product, Finance, Marketing, and D2C Tech to align supply chain with launches and campaigns.

  • Lead and mentor a growing operations team (warehouse, logistics, supply chain executives).

  • Manage external vendors and negotiate contracts.
