We're building a culture-driven lifestyle brand rooted in movement and performance. We're looking for someone who loves fitness, understands aesthetics, and enjoys running both the brand engine and the backend engine.

If you can brief a shoot one hour and manage dispatches the next, we'll get along great.

What You'll Do

Brand + Creative


• Shape brand voice, vibe & storytelling


• Lead creative direction + moodboards + campaign briefs


• Work with creators, stylists, photographers & editors


• Ensure visual + messaging consistency

Ops + Product Flow


• Manage sampling → production → launch


• Track inventory & replenishment


• Coordinate dispatches + seeding


• Liaise with vendors & warehouse partners


• Ensure packaging + QC standards

Collabs + Execution


• Identify & manage fitness/lifestyle creators


• Track collab timelines + deliverables


• Build + manage content + launch calendars

Data + Reporting


• Track performance & suggest improvements

Who You Are


• 2–5 years in brand / ops / D2C / marketing


• Passionate about fitness


• Strong aesthetic sense + organised execution


• Great communicator; calm under pressure


• Resourceful, proactive, ownership-driven
