About the Role

We are looking for a high-agency, data-driven
Entrepreneur in Residence

to lead and scale our International Business Unit. In this role, you will act as a mini-CEO for our global B2B and offline verticals. You will own the end-to-end journey of international expansion—from digital lead acquisition and wholesale strategy to operationalizing offline stores and pop-ups in key global markets.

This is not just a strategy role; it is an execution role. You will manage a team, optimize digital funnels, negotiate international partnerships, and launch physical retail footprints abroad.

Key Responsibilities

1. B2B Growth & Digital Strategy

  • Acquisition Engine:

Own the strategy and execution of B2B performance marketing. You will oversee ad strategies across platforms (Meta/Google/LinkedIn) specifically targeting wholesale buyers in international markets.
- CRO & Funnel Optimization:

Take ownership of the B2B landing page experience. Analyze traffic behavior to optimize conversion rates, ensuring high-quality lead capture for the sales team.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:

Utilize advanced analytics to track Cost Per Lead (CPL), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and lead quality, constantly iterating to lower acquisition costs while increasing volume.

2. Account Management & Retention (Team Leadership)

  • Team Management:

Lead and mentor a team of
Key Account Managers (KAMs)

. You will set their KRAs, monitor performance, and ensure they are nurturing relationships effectively.
- Lifecycle Management:

Develop retention strategies for existing international B2B clients. Move partners from one-time wholesale buyers to recurring, loyal advocates of the brand.
- Revenue Maximization:

Analyze purchasing patterns to upsell and cross-sell new categories (e.g., Menswear, Jewelry, Accessories) to existing partners, ensuring year-on-year growth per account.

3. International Offline Expansion (FOFO & Partnerships)

  • Franchise & Partner Model:

Drive the strategy for moving successful wholesale partners into
Franchise-Owned, Franchise-Operated (FOFO)

store models. You will oversee the transition of high-potential resellers into exclusive brand outlets.
- Global Footprint:

Identify and negotiate opportunities for international offline presence, including trade shows, exhibitions, and strategic pop-ups in target regions (e.g., North America, Southeast Asia).
- Operational Excellence:

Ensure that international partners adhere to brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards. You will act as the bridge between the HQ product/brand teams and the international partner stores.

. You can build complex financial models, forecast inventory requirements for international partners, and analyze ad performance data without needing a dedicated analyst.
- Communication:

Top-notch verbal and written communication is non-negotiable. You will be negotiating with international business owners and collaborating with internal cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Logistics).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

You can seamlessly work with the Product team to ensure the right inventory reaches international partners and with the Brand team to ensure marketing assets are localized.

Experience:

  • 3-6 years of experience in Strategy, International Business, B2B Sales, or a Founder's Office role.
  • Experience in D2C, Retail, or E-commerce is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing stakeholders or small teams.

With a salary range of
7 to 10 LPA
