The Role
As Business Head – International Ecommerce, you will build and run goGlocal's global ecommerce business across:
- D2C Channels – Build and scale brand websites and Shopify storefronts for international consumers.
- Global Marketplaces – Drive category growth across international ecommerce platforms.
- Digital Distribution (B2B) – Source brands, negotiate commercial terms, and build a global distribution engine.
This is a business ownership role — with complete responsibility for growth and execution.
What You Will Own
- P&L across D2C, marketplace, and distribution channels
- Growth levers: acquisition, CAC/LTV, ROAS, retention
- Category strategy, assortment, and pricing
- Brand sourcing & distribution partnerships
- International UX: localization, checkout, returns
- Logistics, payments, compliance, and cross-border workflows
- Funnel analytics and decision-making
- Building and leading a small, high-performance team
Required Experience
- Ex-founder, EIR, or senior operator background
- 5+ years in D2C, ecommerce, or cross-border markets
- Strong digital marketing & growth experience
- Hands-on with Shopify / storefronts / marketplace tools
- Proven P&L and unit economics understanding
- Experience with sourcing/distribution is a plus
- MBA optional — founder mindset essential.
