Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for the Head of Sales and Business Development. The role involves overseeing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, leading and mentoring the sales team, and driving overall business growth. The successful candidate will be expected to provide strategic insights, enhance customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities.

Specialised prosucts: Viscometers, Rhemetees, Texture Analysers, Online Viscomerers, Powder Flow Tester, Weighing Balances, Colour instruments etc. etc.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
  • Strong Account Management skills and ability to nurture client relationships
  • Excellent Team Management and Leadership capabilities
  • Robust Analytical Skills for strategic decision-making
  • Bachelor's degree++ in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the scientific instrumentation industry is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and rapidly changing markets
