Role & responsibilities

Sales Leadership

  • Deliver top-line sales numbers across General Trade, Modern Trade, and E-commerce in MH, GJ & Goa.
  • Expand distribution footprint through efficient appointment, onboarding, and monitoring of distributors/stockists.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team for the region.

Channel Management

  • Strengthen General Trade (GT) with superior outlet coverage, distributor ROI, and channel loyalty.
  • Drive Modern Trade (MT) partnerships with strong execution of visibility and assortment.
  • Support E-commerce initiatives with insights on regional consumer behavior.

Strategic Growth

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Build strong retailer and distributor relationships to ensure product availability, visibility, and brand recall.
  • Work closely with the COO to drive market share and penetration in priority markets.

Performance Management

  • Set clear sales targets, monitor KPIs, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure efficient secondary sales monitoring, claims settlement, and ROI tracking.
  • Drive a culture of customer centricity and service excellence.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong GT expertise with proven ability to manage distributors & retail networks
  • Good understanding of MT dynamics (negotiations, JBPs, category management)
  • Awareness of E-commerce business levers and integration with offline channels
  • Customer-first mindset with strong influencing & relationship-building skills
  • Analytical & strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach
  • Team leadership, coaching, and performance management capabilities
  • Ability to work in a new-age, high-growth brand environment
