About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced
Product Marketing Manager
to lead the launch and growth of new products in our D2C portfolio. This is a strategic role responsible for shaping product positioning, crafting go-to-market strategies, and driving category performance through consumer insights, pricing, and marketing execution.

You'll act as the bridge between product, brand, and growth teams—ensuring every launch lands with clarity, consistency, and commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, pricing, and channel strategy.
  • Lead consumer and market research to identify unmet needs, category trends, and whitespace opportunities.
  • Define product value propositions and differentiation narratives across the D2C ecosystem.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Brand, Digital, and Growth teams to ensure cohesive launch campaigns and seamless consumer journeys.
  • Own and drive pricing and portfolio strategy for the category to balance growth, competitiveness, and profitability.
  • Work with analytics teams to evaluate launch performance, category contribution, and customer feedback, translating insights into future strategy.
  • Partner with creative, media, and performance teams to build integrated campaigns that tell strong product stories and drive conversion.
  • Create sales enablement and marketing assets (content, storytelling, product education, launch toolkits).

What We're Looking For:

  • 6–10 years of experience in product marketing, within D2C, consumer tech, or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven track record in launching new products or categories and driving adoption in digital-first environments.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills, able to turn data and insights into sharp positioning and GTM narratives.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, competitive dynamics, and digital marketing levers.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
