About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative
Brand Manager
to lead the development, positioning, and growth of our brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility, building strong consumer connections, and executing marketing strategies that align with our vision of innovation and happiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen market presence.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns — digital, retail, and on-ground activations.
  • Oversee packaging, product positioning, and creative communication across all channels.
  • Collaborate with R&D and production teams on new product development and launches.
  • Conduct market research and analyse consumer insights, competitor activities, and category trends.
  • Manage relationships with advertising agencies, vendors, and creative partners.
  • Track brand performance metrics and ensure marketing spends are optimised for impact.
  • Build and maintain a consistent brand voice across all customer touch points.
  • Support sales teams with marketing materials, trade promotions, and branding guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management or marketing (preferably in FMCG, F&B, or consumer brands).
  • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, digital marketing tools, and campaign analytics platforms.
