We're looking for a
Head of Brand, Content & Marketing
who can lead that transformation — turning a strong business into an unforgettable brand.

The Opportunity

This is not a maintenance role.

It's a
build-from-zero
opportunity for someone who wants to craft the voice, campaigns, and creative system of a brand that will define a category.

You'll work directly with the
Founder-Director
, a marketing-driven entrepreneur who personally started the trend of design-led storytelling in this industry — and is now refocusing fully on brand and creative excellence.

Your Mission

To translate VIVRE's design philosophy —
"materials that shape how we live and feel"
— into a brand ecosystem that inspires consumers, engages creators, and influences the entire interiors space.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Vision & Voice

  • Define and document the
    brand identity, values, tone, and vocabulary
    — what VIVRE stands for, how it speaks, and how it looks.
  • Build the
    VIVRE Brand Playbook
    — the foundation for all communication across social, digital, print, video, and trade.
  • Ensure every touchpoint — from captions to catalogs — feels emotionally and visually consistent.

2. Campaign Leadership

  • Conceptualize and lead
    flagship campaigns
    for new product collections, exhibitions, and digital storytelling.
  • Partner with the Founder to craft
    creative concepts, narratives, and scripts
    that feel premium yet personal.
  • Work with in-house 3D, video, and design teams to bring ideas to life through film, motion, and visuals.

3. Marketing Systems

  • Create
    monthly and quarterly marketing calendars
    that align storytelling with product launches.
  • Oversee digital presence — social media, ads, PR, email, collaborations — ensuring alignment with brand tone.
  • Build systems to measure engagement, perception, and reach (not just vanity metrics).

4. Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a growing team of
    social media, content, and visual specialists.
  • Collaborate closely with the founder, while managing day-to-day execution through your team.
  • Foster a creative culture — structured yet experimental, premium yet emotionally intelligent.

5. Strategic Growth

  • Position VIVRE as a
    design-led thought leader
    through collaborations, content IPs, and partnerships.
  • Work with agencies, stylists, and creative partners to amplify the brand story globally.
  • Ensure all marketing drives tangible awareness, engagement, and admiration for the brand.

You're Perfect for This If…

  • You've built or scaled a
    D2C / lifestyle / design / luxury
    brand before.
  • You love translating
    design and emotion into storytelling
    .
  • You're as comfortable writing campaign copy as you are building strategy decks.
  • You think like a founder — detail-driven, curious, hands-on, ambitious.
  • You have led creative teams and agencies, balancing vision with structure.
  • You want to build something long-term, not just manage another account.

Preferred Background

  • 7–12 years in brand marketing, content strategy, or creative leadership.
  • Experience with D2C or premium consumer brands (home décor, design, fashion, lifestyle, or beauty).
  • Strong creative instincts — understands writing, visuals, and cultural nuance.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and campaign execution.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to
    Kolkata
    (mandatory).
