About the Role:

We are looking for a visionary
Creative Head
to lead our design, branding, and content initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, a sharp aesthetic sense, and strong leadership to drive impactful campaigns across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the creative team (designers, copywriters, and video editors) to produce high-quality work.
  • Develop and execute brand strategies, campaign ideas, and visual storytelling concepts.
  • Oversee all creative output — from social media to print and digital ads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to align creative vision with business goals.
  • Review and refine creatives to maintain consistency and brand tone.
  • Stay updated with design trends, ad formats, and digital innovations.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines with clear creative direction.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in a creative leadership role (preferably in an agency or marketing setup).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign, and digital work.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Excellent sense of typography, color, layout, and storytelling.
  • Ability to mentor, motivate, and manage a creative team.
  • Strategic thinker with attention to detail and innovation.
