Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Brand Manager who will be responsible for building brand equity, driving product marketing and launches, conceptualizing and delivering integrated 360° campaigns, and strengthening relationships with both customers and trade partners. The role requires a unique blend of strategic foresight, consumer-centric thinking, and strong execution capabilities. This role is ideal for a dynamic marketing professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, is passionate about building brands with purpose, and can seamlessly translate strategy into measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop, articulate, and implement brand strategies aligned with business and category objectives.
  • Strengthen brand positioning by building differentiation, relevance, and top-of-mind recall among target segments.
  • Monitor brand health metrics and lead initiatives to drive brand preference and consideration, especially among younger consumer cohorts.
  • Partner with insights and research teams to decode consumer behavior and integrate findings into brand-building initiatives.

Product Marketing & Go-To-Market (GTM)

  • Define and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies across categories.
  • Own end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) planning and rollout for new product launches, seasonal introductions, and portfolio extensions.
  • Refresh and update catalogues, retail assets, and brand collaterals every season to ensure timely visibility for new launches.
  • Partner with R&D and product teams to integrate consumer insights into product development and positioning.

Packaging & Design

  • Lead packaging design, development, and innovation in line with brand guidelines, evolving consumer preferences, and retail requirements.
  • Collaborate with design and agency partners to deliver packaging that enhances shelf appeal and communicates product benefits effectively.

Campaigns & Trade Engagement

  • Conceptualize and deliver integrated 360° brand campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and influencer platforms.
  • Own the execution of master seasonal campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across consumer and trade touchpoints.
  • Strengthen BTL excellence through in-shop branding, planogram updates, POS visibility, and retail activation programs.
  • Lead large-scale trade initiatives including annual dealer conferences, trade shows, and channel engagement programs that reinforce brand loyalty.

Budgeting & Media Planning

  • Own the marketing budget with accountability for efficient allocation and ROI maximization.
  • Partner with media and digital teams to craft impactful media plans, leveraging both traditional and emerging channels for reach and engagement.
  • Continuously track and evaluate campaign effectiveness through KPIs and analytics dashboards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, R&D, Product Development, Digital, and external agency partners to deliver holistic brand outcomes.
  • Align brand and marketing initiatives with business goals, trade requirements, and category priorities.

Capability Development & Ecosystem Partnerships

  • Identify, onboard, and manage ecosystem partners including creative, digital, media, packaging, and activation agencies.
  • Drive innovation in marketing practices by staying ahead of industry trends and exploring new platforms, technologies, and formats.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in brand management, product marketing, and campaign execution in FMCG, Consumer Durables, or allied industries.
  • Strong track record of successfully launching products and leading GTM strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in BTL activations, packaging design, retail visibility, and trade events.
  • Exposure to both traditional media and digital-first campaigns.
  • Experience in managing large-scale conferences, events, and dealer engagement programs.

Education & Experience

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a reputed institute (Tier-1 preferred).
  • At least 10 years of relevant marketing experience with demonstrated expertise in brand management, GTM, and integrated campaign leadership.
