Tentative Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Reviewing and reporting on all areas of the marketing strategies and its implementation.
  • Creating all brand communication and ensuring online presence and social media management
  • Development of all marketing plans and ensuring the implementation of effective marketing strategies.
  • Brand development and improving brand recall for all products across all geographies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, services, and campaigns that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Manage budgets for multiple brands across various channels (ATL/BTL) to achieve desired results.
  • Ensure effective communication of brand positioning, messaging, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 10-15 years of experience in FMCG industry with expertise in brand management.
  • MBA/PGDM degree in relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of B2C/B2B markets, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
