Job Title: Marketing Manager – Pet Industry

We are looking for a passionate and innovative
Marketing Manager
to join our team in the pet industry. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strategic thinking, and a love for pets to drive impactful marketing campaigns and strengthen our brand presence in this fast-growing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the pet industry to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media, influencer collaborations, content creation, and paid campaigns.
  • Build strong brand positioning by understanding pet owner needs and market trends.
  • Manage promotional activities, product launches, and customer engagement campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, consumer insights, and competitive strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.
  • Establish partnerships with pet communities, veterinarians, and industry stakeholders to expand reach.
  • Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance for maximum ROI.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in marketing; experience in FMCG, retail, or pet industry is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, and customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • A passion for pets and an understanding of the pet owner community.
