SRMB STEEL We are looking for a tech-savvy and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across all channels. The ideal candidate is a data-driven expert in SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation. You will be responsible for generating leads, enhancing brand awareness, and using analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance to help us achieve our business goals. About the Role Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager Reports to: Head of Branding Responsibilities Campaign Management: Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. SEO & SEM: Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic website traffic. Manage and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn. Social Media: Build and maintain our social media presence across all relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter). Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (copy, images, and video) and manage our content calendar. Monitor social media channels for trends, engage with our community, and respond to comments and messages. Content & Email Marketing: Collaborate with the content team (or write) to create compelling blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and website copy. Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, automated workflows, and promotional blasts. Manage and segment email lists to ensure targeted and effective communication. Analytics & Reporting: Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns (ROI and KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics. Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. Website Management: Assist in maintaining and updating the company website (e.g., updating landing pages, blog posts) using our CMS (e.g., WordPress). Identify and execute conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments, such as A/B testing, to improve user experience and lead generation. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, and design) to ensure brand consistency and align on campaign goals. Liaise with external agencies and vendors as needed. Qualifications Experience: 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 6+ years in a B2B environment. Industry: Experience in manufacturing, construction, building materials, or a similar heavy industrial sector is highly preferred. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering. Required Skills Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM (Google Ads, keyword research). Proficient in Google Analytics and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Hands-on experience with major social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact). Experience with a Content Management System (CMS) like WordPress. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Experience in a B2B environment. Experience in manufacturing, construction, building materials, or a similar heavy industrial sector.
