Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance client relationships and increase business opportunities.
- Proactively identify and address client needs, offering tailored financial products and services.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the client's financial goals and provide personalized advice.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of client transactions and requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless and efficient service.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide relevant insights to clients.
- Build a strong network within the affluent client segment to generate new business leads.
- Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to maintain strong relationships.
- Resolve client queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or a similar role, preferably in the banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, particularly those catering to affluent clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in using banking software and tools for relationship management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of client interactions.
