We are seeking a talented individual to join our Data Analytics & Insights team at MCIPL. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Business Title : Senior Specialist - Data Analytics & Insight

We will count on you to:

  • Develop proficiency in the MPower system to assist colleagues, ensure accurate reconciliation with month-end finance reports, and collaborate with opportunity owners and client teams to resolve data discrepancies.
  • Create and maintain dynamic data views and dashboards that present key sales information and performance metrics to support various initiatives, including sales forums and leadership meetings.
  • Establish and update KPI dashboards to track sales data, helping prioritize opportunities and evaluate overall performance.
  • Support the reporting process for daily, weekly, and monthly business metrics, providing insights to senior management to aid in business assessment and decision-making.
  • Manage multiple data-related projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines while maintaining high-quality outputs.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Data Management, or a related field; a Masters degree in Business Analytics or a similar discipline is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales data management, reporting, or related roles, with a strong understanding of data organization and presentation.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and reporting software, enabling the creation of dashboards and reports that effectively communicate sales data and trends.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively, demonstrating flexibility in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate data insights and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships within the business, fostering collaboration and trust.
  • Good analytical skills with a strategic mindset to understand business needs and present data insights through clear visual storytelling.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies efficiently
