Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Implementation Specialist, on-site in Mumbai. The Senior Implementation Specialist will be responsible for implementing software solutions, conducting data analysis, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing customer service support. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with clients to gather requirements, configuring software to meet client needs, troubleshooting issues, and providing training to end-users.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Software Implementation experience
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven track record of ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in CRM software implementation is a plus
