We are seeking a talented individual to join our operations team (MMA) at Marsh. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive colleague to support the development and testing of our website. This role is critical in ensuring the quality, functionality, and accessibility of our web presence through rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT), effective communication, and collaboration with development teams. The ideal candidate will be involved in regression testing, bug reporting, backlog maintenance, and will play a key role in future accessibility initiatives.
We will count on you to:
- Perform testing and report bugs across different environments including STG UAT and PROD UAT.
- Attend daily scrum calls to support each sprint and stay aligned with project progress. (Sprint Pre-scoping, Planning, UAT Hand Off, Review, Retrospective)
- Compile detailed notes and track follow-ups to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
- Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure website stability after updates and changes.
- Assist in writing and managing ServiceNow (SNow) tickets for bugs identified on the website.
- Support backlog grooming activities to prioritize and clarify development tasks.
- Draft User Stories to define project requirements.
- Conduct competitor research to identify market trends and opportunities for enhancing the website's features and user experience.

What you need to have:
- 3-5 years of prior work experience
- Diligent and precise in testing, documentation, and following established processes.
- Strong note-taking, follow-up tracking, and communication skills to coordinate effectively with UX, developers, and product managers.
- Eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and processes.
- Ability to support backlog grooming and ticket preparation, ensuring clarity and prioritization of tasks.
- Comfortable attending and contributing to development calls and team meetings.
- Ability to conduct competitor analysis and technical research to support continuous improvement.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changes
- Should be comfortable with 6.30am – 3.30pm, 2.30pm – 11.30pm and 6.30pm – 3.30am (Should be flexible as per business requirement)
Eligibility:
- Minimum 12 months experience in current role as Specialist/Senior Specialist
- Should have at least "On Track" or equivalent rating in last appraisal.
- Should not be under any Performance Continuity Plan or had any official Disciplinary action within the last 3 months.
- Should not have applied for any other IJP within MCIPL in the last 3 months
What makes you stand out:
- Experience with regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and bug reporting. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus.
- Proficient in writing clear, concise tickets and managing bug tracking.
- Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and willingness to engage in accessibility initiatives.
