Chief Manager/ Senior Manager – Customer Communication Specialist

Location:
Goregoan, Mumbai

Job Description:

A content/communications specialist with a strong background in managing content programs within large matrixed organizations or strategy consulting environments. The ideal candidate will bring a customer-first mindset and a strategic approach to communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end customer communication campaigns across product and service touchpoints
  • Lead communication governance, ensuring consistency, compliance, and quality across channels
  • Contribute to and support content strategy aligned with business and customer objectives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and execute new communication opportunities
  • Apply principles of UX and information architecture to improve content effectiveness

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years of experience in content strategy, campaign execution, and stakeholder management
  • Proven project management skills and the ability to work in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication and collaboration capabilities
  • Exposure to the BFSI sector is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Self-starter with a customer-obsessed, insights-driven approach
